Building Futures with Generation1.ca: Co-Create Global Immigrant Success

North America is entering a defining decade. By 2036, nearly one in three Canadians and one in five in the US, and one in six people in high-income countries will be immigrants: globally connected, multilingual, entrepreneurial, and shaping every sector of society. Yet these same communities remain chronically underrepresented in research, data literacy, AI upskilling, and workforce opportunities.

Generation1.ca exists to close this gap. For 2026, we are building our most ambitious calendar yet. Our community’s stories, resilience, and ideas are powerful engines of innovation unleashed with highly intentional partners and co-designers in our member journeys. The greatest opportunity for partners is to help convert those lived experiences into the tools, research, and pathways that fuel careers, companies, and countries. Each partnership is a spark that brings that future closer.

Why Partner? Reach globally connected diaspora talent, consumers, and citizens; support AI and data literacy for newcomers; strengthen North America’s talent pipeline; and gain year-round visibility across our highest-impact opportunities. Your partnership accelerates AI and workforce readiness for underrepresented communities, strengthens newcomer pathways into fast-growing industries, advances research on immigrant excellence, and connects you to multicultural, future-ready audiences shaping North America’s innovation economy. Partnership options range from $500–$15,000 with $10,000+ tiers offering full ecosystem presence.

Today I call on you team members, supporters, community leaders, partners to join us in this mission. Let’s combine our strengths: community trust, insight capability, and forward-looking ambition. Together, we can make 2026 not just a year of plans, but the beginning of a diaspora-empowered, data-aware future, where immigrant communities lead, shape, and thrive.
