As the Founder and CEO of Generation1.ca, I have dedicated my life and career to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and responsible leadership in research, data and insights as the voice and community of North America’s diverse immigrants, globally credentialled educator, association and data leader. With diverse and interconnected global experience across research, technology, and data-driven approaches, storytelling and solutions, I have consistently championed innovation, ethical data practices and always empowered diverse voices, constant learning and integrity in our field. My vision for ESOMAR centers on:
- Accessing a Greater Talent Pool: Expanding YES membership to under-35 professionals and addressing the needs of fast-growing, diverse-skilled, underrepresented demographics that are reshaping North America’s economy, culture, and society.
- Driving Global Innovation: Enhancing knowledge-sharing and collaboration across methods, markets, and sectors by uniting centers of excellence to deliver impactful industry solutions and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Championing Skills, Sustainability, and Equity: Advocating for global upskilling, sustainable practices, and equity in data through leadership networks and research into future skill shifts. My commitment to building the talent pipeline is exemplified through my proven success with global virtual career fairs and case competitions that foster growth and opportunity.
