Bridging Ethical AI, Immigrant Inclusion, and Data Integrity
On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Generation1.ca convenes immigrant professionals, government officials, and industry leaders in Ottawa for an interactive Knowledge in Practice session on the future of ethical AI and data quality in public-sector research and contracting across all levels of government and the public sector. The Government of Canada spends just under C$20 million annually (US$14 mn annually) on public opinion research contracts. Join Generation1.ca and our terrific partners for an interactive Knowledge in Practice session bringing together immigrant professionals and community data leaders, public-sector leaders across various levels of government, crown corporations, and diverse industry experts to shape the future of ethical AI and data quality in government research and contracting.
This in-person event (11 am–5 pm EST) blends expert talks, hands-on training, and networking with refreshments and beverages to explore how AI, data integrity, and inclusive practices shape trust, policy, and innovation in Canada and beyond. Earn a certificate of participation at the end. Talks and presentations will be recorded online.
