We invited Vincent Dang of the Bank of Montreal (BMO) to discuss the following at our Virtual Insights Career Fair on April 28, 2023 as part of the morning keynotes.

Vincent Dang is a CX technology consultant with a diverse marketing research background and a demonstrated working history of nearly a decade in retail, banking and financial service industry. He holds a MSc in Marketing from the University of Salford in UK. At present, he works as Manager, Loyalty Strategy and Optimization at BMO. Previously, he was a Product Owner, Surveying Customer Pod at TD Bank.
