Last year, Generation1.ca Founder and CEO Arundati Dandapani had the privilege of leading a popular course The Ethical Storyteller, a Canadian Marketing Association training focused on one of the defining questions of our time: How do we communicate responsibly in an increasingly AI-driven world?
We explored trust, transparency, originality, accountability, and the growing responsibility marketers have as artificial intelligence becomes embedded across content creation.
But ethics is only the beginning.
The next challenge facing marketers isn’t simply using AI responsibly. It is using it strategically and simultaneously!
Today, organizations aren’t suffering from a shortage of information. They’re overwhelmed by it. Dashboards are multiplying. Reports are getting longer. AI is generating more content than ever before.
Yet transformative insight remains surprisingly scarce.
The organizations that will thrive over the next decade won’t necessarily be those with the most data. They’ll be the ones that can transform information into meaning, meaning into decisions, and decisions into action.
That is exactly what we’ll be exploring in our CEO and Founder Arundati Dandapani’s next Canadian Marketing Association training – we hope to see you there!
The Strategic Storyteller: Turning Information into Transformative Insight with AI
September 10, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (ET)
Rather than treating AI as a replacement for marketers, this session explores how AI can strengthen human capability while reinforcing the importance of judgment, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Together we’ll examine how marketers can:
• Distinguish between AI-generated and AI-assisted marketing content
• Protect originality, trust, accountability, and brand credibility
• Translate information into decision-ready intelligence
• Build compelling narratives that influence strategy and organizational action
• Strengthen human judgment in increasingly automated environments
One idea sits at the heart of this course:
Information informs. Insight transforms. Storytelling mobilizes.
As AI becomes increasingly capable of generating words, images, and even strategies, human value shifts upward—not toward producing more content, but toward asking better questions, interpreting evidence, connecting ideas, exercising judgment, and crafting narratives that inspire confident action.
Strategic storytelling is becoming one of marketing’s most valuable leadership capabilities.
If The Ethical Storyteller asked “How should we use AI responsibly?” this next session asks an equally important question:
“How do we transform AI-enabled information into human-centered strategic advantage?”
If you’re ready to move beyond reporting and elevate your marketing intelligence, I’d love to have you join us.
