Last Sunday, July 7th, our CEO Arundati Dandapani participated in the GBC Analytics Club Networking Event, hosted by George Brown College, where she was invited to lead and address a group of professionals in data, AI, business analytics, and insights. She was joined by Samiha Nusrat, Career Coach and HR Professional and Jared Steuernol, Partnerships Manager at Studiosity who also guided the students and jobseekers with advice and top tips. All student jobseekers and graduates had strong academic credentials and professional backgrounds. The participants also had the chance to practice their Elevator Pitch, where they all excelled with knowledge, creativity, and determination.

These jobseekers’ desire to showcase their professional knowledge and re-start a specialized career path in North America was inspiring. Generation1.ca is honoured to witness and help these skilled professional graduates and jobseekers thrive by enabling their participation in our Virtual Insights Careers Fairs and Case Competitions. This would not be possible without our remarkable sponsors who fuel our initiatives. We connect immigrants with top employers and professionals across the continent and beyond to roles and connections remotely, hybrid and in-person, while also equipping them with resources, networks and tools for career advancement and ongoing success.
Students expressed they were inspired by the work of our multiple-award winning Founder and were excited about the opportunities to shape their futures at the fall career fair and case competition. We can’t wait to host you in the fall.
