The Spring 2024 edition like our predecessor events, saw over 300 jobseekers meet and mingle with employers in an accessible and self-paced virtual 1-1 setting.

Our Talent are Bilingual and Multilingual, with high levels of Education, diverse Experience levels, with past academic and professional backgrounds in STEM, Commerce and Arts

With an excellent command of English across the board, an impressive 30% of our active jobseekers are bilingual, and 10% are multilingual, offering seamless value and communication skills to effective collaboration in a global industry and workforce. Our jobseekers comprise a near split mix of 52% entry-level and 48% experienced professionals, while exhibiting continuous learning and development proclivities with their self-improvement efforts, degrees and certifications. Notably, 41% of attendees possess diverse STEM backgrounds professionally and academically, with all of them demonstrating skill at navigating the ever-evolving demands of the modern workforce.
