What started small has grown into a vibrant community of more than 2,000 members, united by the belief that immigrant success drives collective prosperity.
Over the past decade, we’ve hosted global career fairs and case competitions, launched pioneering resources built on data-driven innovation, and amplified immigrant voices through partnerships, storytelling, and action. From students and jobseekers to employers and policymakers, Generation1.ca has become a trusted space where opportunity meets impact.
But our 10th anniversary is not only a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come—it is also a moment to look ahead. The future calls for courage, creativity, and collaboration. Together, we are building pathways that connect talent with trust, amplify diverse voices, and shape policies and practices that leave no newcomer behind.
