Generation1.ca’s Spring 2026 Virtual Career Fair & Case Competition invites innovators, employers, and students to explore what it means to be future-ready, data-driven, and universally curious.
This Galactic Ready Talent edition — Space Odysseys, Cosmic Intelligence and Aliens — is a bold reflection on how human ingenuity, artificial intelligence, and immigrant imagination are reshaping the future of work, belonging, and discovery. Sessions will encourage participants to “think galactically” to achieve a new level of workforce readiness where the space economy is forecast to reach $1.8 trillion by 2035, up from $630 billion in 2023 and growing at an average of 9% per annum (World Economic Forum, 2024).
Through interactive panel discussions, employer sessions, workshop and networking lounges, and an immersive case competition, participants will tackle real-world challenges inspired by interstellar thinking: sustainability, ethical AI, and cross-planetary problem-solving.
